MOCON offers a variety of film cartridges for accurate and repeatable permeation testing, including Multi-Use and Specialized options. Examples include:

• Standard 50 cm² Film Cartridge: Ideal for general testing with easy sample preparation and supporting sample staging for improved lab throughput. Compatible with 2- and 4-cell systems.

• Reduced Area Cartridge: Ideal for high-permeation materials or limited sample sizes. Boosts detection range, reusable, and more efficient than aluminum foil masking.

• Edge Effect Film Test Cartridge: Designed for coated papers or films with edge leakage, featuring a "dam" structure to seal edges.

• High Temperature Film Test Cell: Enables testing at elevated temperatures inside environmental chamber with precise, repeatable results.

MOCON offers a variety of package cartridges designed to enhance the capabilities of their permeation analyzers for testing complete packages. These cartridges are compatible with models such as the OX-TRAN® 2/12, 2/22, 2/40, 2/48, AQUATRAN® 3, 3/34 and 3/40. Examples include:​

• PackRack Package Testing Fixture: Designed for testing permeation of complete packages.

• Standard 80 cm² Package Test Cartridge: Ideal for testing larger packages, this cartridge supports accurate permeation testing for a wide variety of packages.

• Package Adaptor Cartridge: Used for adapting standard test cells to accommodate different package types, for testing of complete package.

• Vertical Tray Test Cartridge: Designed for testing packages with a vertical orientation, such as trays, allowing for effective analysis of barrier properties in different package designs.

• Flexible Pouch Package Cartridge: Tailored for testing flexible pouches, this specially-designed cartridge clamps through test pouches for a clean seal without epoxy.  Ensures accurate measurement of permeation rates specific to pouch materials.

MOCON's Certified Reference Films are essential for verifying the accuracy and calibration of permeation analyzers, ensuring reliable and consistent testing results. Each film is individually produced, serialized, and labeled to maintain quality and traceability. Regular use of these certified films is integral to a robust quality assurance system. Available options include sets and individual films tailored for specific analyzer models, such as OX-TRAN® 2/22, 2/40 and AQUATRAN® series.

MOCON's masks are designed for testing small samples or materials with high permeability. They feature a proprietary adhesive that eliminates the risk of inaccurate readings. These disposable masks are compatible with various MOCON permeation analyzers. Masks come in various sizes, typically packaged in packs of 10, and are designed to fit MOCON analyzers with no trimming required.

• PermWare: A master data collection system designed to simplify data handling and provide an overview dashboard for all MOCON permeation instruments. ​

• Perm-Net Lite: Enables remote viewing and operation of next-generation MOCON permeation analyzers. ​
